HOUGHTON -- Tickets are now on sale for International Night 2008: "Storytelling around the World," to be presented by Michigan Tech's International Club on Saturday, April 5.

Students from various countries will narrate a series of colorful sagas and tales from different parts of the world in the forms of drama, music, dance and songs. The tradition of "Storytelling" in diverse cultures will be highlighted with cultural symbolism and historical significance. Stories from the United States, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean will be included.

An exotic international cuisine representing diverse regions of the world will be served starting at 6 p.m. in the Memorial Union Building (MUB) Commons. The Performance will start at 8 p.m. at the Rozsa Center. (Please observe the No Late Seating Policy).
Tickets are now available on campus at the MUB Table, Rozsa Box Office, SDC, and Fisher Hall Lobby. Tickets for both the Dinner and the Performance are $10 for students and $12 for the general public. Performance-only tickets are $5. Children under the age of 5 are admitted free.
