Michigan Tech to honor Martin Luther King, Jr., at banquet Jan. 21HOUGHTON -- The 24th annual MLK banquet will be held from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 21, in Michigan Tech's MUB Ballroom. The event will feature guest speaker Dr. Tricia Rose, who will give a presentation on the history of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Legacies of the Civil Rights Era. Tickets are free and can be picked up at Hamar House, Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI), on the Michigan Tech campus.
