(Photo courtesy Keweenaw Krayons)MOHAWK -- Mark your calendars for an Art Night Out adventure to be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday evening, Oct. 14, as Keweenaw Krayons welcomes a wide variety of local artists who will be demonstrating art/crafts to be offered in fall/winter classes.
More than 10 local artists will be set up in the Keweenaw Krayons Art Room and Horizons Alternative High School Gym, giving demos and/or displaying their art.
Displays and demos will be presented in Tie Dying, Card Art, Mosaics, Fiber Arts, Drawing, Paper Art, Photography, Knitting, Guitar and more. Participants will have a chance to meet the artist, talk about the medium presented, and sign up for a class or workshop.
All ages are welcome; reservations are not required; and light refreshments will be served.
